Wellness in the Workforce: Who Is Responsible — Employer or Employee?

 


The topic of helping workers manage their stress and become healthier is surrounded by a lot of noise. Healthy and happy workers are more productive, making it in the best interest of both the employee and the employer to promote a healthy work environment.
