The missing ingredient to achieving peak workplace productivity is often trust

Organizations must prioritize trust between workers and leaders to increase productivity. New research from i4CP found that employees at high-performance companies were 11 times more likely to say they had senior leaders and managers who trusted them to do their jobs.

To build and restore trust, CHROs should lead leadership training, empower HR and DEI teams to create inclusive workplaces and provide employees with feedback on career development, goal setting, and performance expectations. Failing to do so can result in a toxic culture and decreased productivity.
