The 20 companies students in tech around the world most want to work for

According to the latest World's Most Attractive Employers report by employer-branding company Universum, IT students worldwide have shown a high level of interest in working for top companies such as Google, Sony, Mercedes-Benz Group, and Goldman Sachs. The rankings are based on responses from college and university students in countries including Canada, Germany, and the US, collected between fall 2022 and spring 2023.
Among the IT students surveyed, Google secured the top position as the most desirable employer. Siemens maintained its 20th spot, just like in the previous year's ranking. Notably, Mercedes-Benz Group and Accenture both climbed six spots in the rankings. The majority of the top 10 positions remained consistent with the 2022 rankings.
