Most People Are Ending Meetings the Wrong Way

 


The last half hour before putting our children to bed is dubbed the "closing ceremonies" in our household. It's a routine designed to wrap up the day with a sense of calm and closure. Similarly, it's important to end work meetings properly. According to management experts, the way a meeting concludes can significantly impact employee productivity and mental well-being.
