  • Reno, Nevada, had the highest job growth rate among the top ten, along with a balanced air quality and low cost of living.
  • Sacramento, California, offered the highest personal income but also the highest cost of living, making it suitable for those willing to pay more for a strong job market.
  • Overland Park, Kansas, was the most affordable city on the list, with the lowest cost of living and average home price.
  • Albany, New York, offered a strong number of job opportunities and affordable housing options.
